Mainly, it's the easy ability to <%@ include> large data files with a
JSP-included banner and footer that makes your size easy to bloat.

That limitation was pointed out by someone who posted to one of these
lists saying that's why he left JSP. He had large amounts of content
and didn't appreciate needing double the storage capacity. So at least
for some people it's a problem.
