Look on jGuru in the FAQ section. Seach for the term 'COM'. Here's a link

I know using Microsoft J++ makes integrating COM object with Java code much
easier, but of course you'll be tied to the MS platform.
Also search for the term 'Java' on the http://support.microsoft.com. That
should point you to even more articles.
