1) I don't think IIS supports JSP yet. You need a real application server like IBM
Websphere Application Server, or BEA Weblogic Server.
2) To create beans or servlets, all you need is a JDK, preferably Suns 1.2 edition
3) I've been working with VisualAge Java 2.0 (recently switched to 3.0) and its a
very good IDE. You can find a trial version at IBM's website
