I can't say i completely understand you situation, so let me know if my
picture is wrong somehow.
You have a JSP that generates an HTML output. That HTML contains the applet
tag. And you want That applet to pass information to the Server side of the
JSP?
If this is the situation i see only one solution: embeding the data in a URL
and call the JSP either from the applet by opening a URLConnection or by
telling the browser to move/open the new URL. If you use the URLConnection
the data will effect the display only after another page is loaded, if you
tell the browser to move to another URL the user will see the effect
immidietly, but the applet wil have to be reloaded.
In any case the data can't be moved as an Object, you have to contert it to
a stream.
