Hi, Since, our HTML guys are non-programmers, we have decided to use the (MVC) Model 2 architecture for our project. The target system is Apache 1.3.x on Solaris, with GNU's JSP engine. My Question is: What are my options for sharing beans from Servlets (Controller) to JSP pages (View), since I do NOT have RequestDispatchers with Apache (JSDK 2.0) yet ? Is sharing objects through sessions (servlet saves object in session and redirects response to JSP page) the only choice ?. Is such a design viable for medium/heavy traffic sites ?. If I plan to use sessions for this purpose, any pointers on 'things' I should be careful about ?
