Can't do it. JSPs write character data, not binary data.
Also, your code sample tries to write an image to a file then have the
JSP return an <img> tag to the file. This opens lots of concurrency
issues. Think about what happens when two clients hit the JSP at the
same time; the file may be served half-completed.
