I'm new to the javaworld (=> be indulgent)
I'm
planning to use JSP, servlets, JDBC and JavaBeans on the server side.
On the
client side I wan't a user-friendly interface so I prefere to use an
APPLET.
All the JSP examples I found were using HTML forms on the client side
!
Do I have to conclude that Applets are not recommended ?
=> Because
applets are too heavy load ? Too slow to function ? The code is
browser-dependant ?
Your advice/help will be appreciated !
