There is a company that has a product that will build images dynamically on
the server for you. I have used it for doing server-side graphs and charts
dynamically. They are Visual Engineering at http://www.ve.com

You cannot make dynamic images in JSP (you can of course make dynamic IMG
tags, but I assume it's not that what you're looking for).
You have to use a servlet for that.
