This lines defines a String object outside of your method -- it's an
instance var in the container class, which is a servlet that stays loaded.
So, str maintains its value between page invocations.
Use
<% String str=""; %>
and you'll get the same thing every time you hit the page, as the String
object will be defined as a local variable in the jsp service method.
