Two questions answered with one stone, I can't resist. I keep a list
of ISPs supporting servlets and JSPs.

http://www.servlets.com/resources/urls/isps.html
http://staging.servlets.com/isps/servlet/ISPViewAll

The second link is more current and has a cool review system, but I
haven't moved it to www.servlets.com yet since it's based on Servlet
API 2.2 and www.servlets.com runs 2.0. Next time I have a couple hours
free I'll fix that.
