Subject: Off topic: UML & web apps

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good UML application that would
allow us to model our Web applications. Finding an application to model
Java code is simple. What we're looking for is an application that would
allow us to also model Servlets, JSPs, JavaScript and HTML form
elements. We've read the Conallen book and think it's fantastic but
jumping to Rational Rose under our current time constraints and budget
seems too much. If anyone knows of any other tools that can be used for
Web application modeling we'd love to hear about them.
