i believe beans must go in the \jrun\jsm-default\classes directory or some
such, then you access them through usebean..
bear in mind that the file structure you represent in the tag must
correspond to everything below 'classes', e.g. if your usebean has the
attribute 'class="com.yourco.projectname.beanname"' then your directory
structure must be ..\classes\com\yourco\projectname\..
