You need help. JRun has multihoming, which allows multiple virtual hosts to have independent name spaces in a single JVM. I set someone up with that today. What's so difficult about your situation? Note: you need at least build 155 of JRun for multihoming to work with JSP 1.0. I've used Resin as a stand alone JSP container, and it's very nice. I've never tried hooking it up with a native web server, but I'd give it the benefit of the doubt.
