Hello,

I know why I always meet strang problems.
  I used JDK1.1.8 + Apache 1.3.9 + JServ-1.1 + Tomcat 3.0 on FreeBSD 3.4-release
before,
and I met two important problem: Form can't use POST method, and cookies is
always new.
  Now I try JDK1.1.8 + JSWDK WebServer Version 1.0.1 on FreeBSD 3.4-release,
and these two problems have gone!!

I recommend someone who meet strang problems to try another JSP server.
Maybe the problem is caused by server, not you.
