Correct; however, your jsp doesn't need to have the same name as the bean.
jsp: /dev/test/xxx.jsp
bean: /dev/web-inf/classes/test/yyyBean.class

BTW. As far as I know, Tomcat doesn't support automatic bean reloading.
You have to restart the server each time you change a bean
