Sounds like you want to do something like Net2Phone (www.net2phone.com) but Im not
sure. You can do this with Microsoft TAPI protocols but you would not be using
Java, but some JNI to talk to COM and activate a call. As for what happens after
the call is placed, Im not sure what you want to do.
