Hi Ritesh,
Have you tried to include your tomcat-apache.conf in your httpd.conf and set
default document to index.html and index.jsp????
To inlude the tomcat-apahce.conf file in your httpd.conf you just type the
below:
include "c:\where your have installed tomcat\conf\tomcat-apache.conf"
And please remember to download the Apache module for Tomcat and place in
under the apache modules folder - and you also have to edit the
tomcat-apache.conf so it uses the dll file and not the so
I hope it helps
Regards,
Jens Andersen

Subject: Apache Tomcat
Hi Gurus,
I am currnetly trying to use Apache( 1.3.12) with TOMCAT.
I have my project ready with all the JSP/servlets running fine, working
using JSWDK-1.0.1. But sice the client requirement is Apache, I have to use
Tomcat for JSP.
My Problem is:
The apache server is running fine. But when I use it with tomcat.. I get a
page not found error.
Any i dea why this is happening?
Please bear with me , If it is a trivial question. I tried to search the
archives but could get any thing substantial there.
I am running these on a Windows NT machineusing IE 5 as the browser.
Thanks in advance
Ritesh
