Hi Chris,

I think that's an Orion problem. I've successfully used this technique
with JRun and Resin and you DON'T need to have a file with that name, as
Craig explained in a message some time ago. Somebody told me they were
having similar problems with Orion and that somebody from the Orion team
told them they indeed there was this problem with this technique. But
AFAIK, Orion is the only one to force you to do that. Check latest
versions to see if this has been solved as it's such a stupid detail in
an otherwise pretty good engine...

PD: Out of my head, your web.xml looks pretty much as mine so I guess it
should work. You might try to download Resin or JRun to check if it
should be working or not.
