I think I know what the problem is.  In step (2) of my instructions, I said
that you should use a forward slash ("/") in directory paths when specifying
the classpath in Visual Cafe.  That was wrong.  You need to use a backward
slash ("\") instead.

Note that you still need to make sure that any escaped back slashes ("\\")
are converted to single back slashes ("\").

Please let me know whether this fixes the problem!
