Hello everyone,

Thanks very much for the answers you quickly gave me. I guess I'm in a quite
complex situation and that's the reason why I should describe the environment. The
portal is now running on Resin1.1 / IIS4 / NT4sp6 platform, and I want to transfer it
on a rather old Solaris 2.5.1 cluster. I do need the JSP 1.1 compatibility ; of
course, I know I can compile Resin on Solaris, but the cluster is an exploitation
platform with no utilities such "autoconf" & "automake" installed... In other terms,
it is not possible to compile Resin sources, and as the environment is an exploitation
platform there is no chance to upgrade the OS. In conclusion, what I need is an
already compiled & ready to install servlet engine.
Well, JRun 2.3 doesn't support JSP 1.1 and iPlanet requires Solaris 2.6, so my
very question is : is there any precompiled servlet engine compatible with BOTH JSP
1.1 and Solaris 2.5.1 ? It may sound a little odd, isn't it ?

Best regards

    Franck
