You may already be _infected_.  But, you are only _affected_ if you execute the
attachment.  Period.  For real, responsible reporting, try the Associated Press,

Don't' believe the hype.

Don't open attachments (unless you _know_ it is safe).

Update your virus checking software.

All will be OK.
