I will offer up IBM VisualAge for Java as a highly non-optimal solution
for JSP development. My gripe is that it keep Java code quite
effectively in the Repository, which also acts as a version control
system. The problem is that it only handles the Java... you are on your
own for the JSPs, which are not handled by the repository - so you get
to version control them "manually". Ugh.
