lookup www.digex.com there in silicon valley but are orginally out of
Maryland. they're national and have a NASA style command center to monitor
and host giant server farms (i've been in them). they have different
pricing structures for your needs. they host sites like (Budweiser, Martha
Stewart (eeeeekkkks....i tried to unplug it but they wouldn't let me), GM,
TWA, etc.

where are you located?

as far as JSP and JDBC, i'm sure they would. i was in the need to host Cold
Fusion to Oracle and they were in the process of testing it out i believe
and said they would do it. check out their services.
