Good answer.  Those of us subscribed to this list are not acting as
general software consultants, but are interested in JSP.

I am considering unsubscribing to this list.  I had thought this list
sponsored by Sun would be a good place to discuss technical issues
related to the JSP spec, JSP related programming issues like writing JSP
beans and tag libraries, and JSP publishing.

But the "signal to noise" ratio is getting real low.  Too many off topic
questions like the one you responded to, to many general questions that
are easily answered if the person STFW or RTFM.  And all the spam.

IMHO, this reflects poorly on Sun.  They state that this list is moderated
to prevent abuse.
