I'll add my two cents worth! :-)

I'm an avid fan of Homesite.  I've used it for HTML/JavaScript/Perl development
since version 3 and have used it for Java/JSP development since December.  Right
now it only offers syntax highlighting, but JStudio (currently in beta) is more of
an integrated IDE (I think it has tag and function insite for JSP as well).  I used
it over other packages because of it's support for 'all things internet' (JSP,
JavaScript, Perl and HTML all in one package).
