If it is a small web site, then you are free to use Perl scripts like
"webglimpse"
They work pretty good. If you are looking for a professional web site search
engine, then try products like (AltaVista search engine) rated as one of the
good search engines or Excite. Both products are available as off the shelf
products. If you try to develop an equivalent search engine, then the time
and money spent on developing one, will be more then buying these products
and use them directly. Not that no one can develop equivalent products, but
it's better to buy off the shelf products for these options, "Printing
solutions, Standalone Applications Deployment , Search Engines"
