In my Opinion, what you to do is add to classpath where uncompress .tar file
(Whatever you are using Servlet Engine...)
Also, you need to chang JDBC Driver name to "org.gjt.mm.mysql.Driver"
and URL is "jdbc:mysql://localhost/DB_Name"
