Sounds like a job for StarOffice! The download area is giving me "The
document contained no data" messages at the moment, but see
http://www.sun.com/staroffice/.
        I can't verify exactly how compatible the file formats are, but
they're *supposed* to be compatible. The FAQ says at least you aren't going
to find anything better: http://www.sun.com/products/staroffice/faq.html#11.
