I much prefer to use an Enumeration in the jsp page. It's easy to
understand. You don't have to implement and maintain a custom tag
library, assuming you know how to do that and have the proper
environment. Enumeration is a very cool interface.
I feel this is one case where using a little java in the jsp code is
better.
