If you wish to address a touch screen interface... try using java which will
compile to c code.But this will not happen with browsers except if the touch
screen monitor can load the op system and recognize the graphic content of
the op system. I f it can reconize the grphic content then most programs
will work.In the real world most touch screen interfaces are c compatible
but if you can use java why not write a browser around it.

JSP produces HTML -- it can do anything HTML can do... A touch screen User
interface is to do with the hardware platform and the OS... even the browser
will have little effect... what do you expect a SERVER-SIDE HTML-producing
technology to be able to do to help you here?
