I'm not an expert, but I think that the submit button has to bee in the same form as
the <select> list. I have used this , and I submit the form to another jsp file,
which has the contact to the bean. And it works fine.
Maybe you shold have the start <FORM> tag in the include file and the end </FORM> tag
after the submit button in your JSP file.
