difference between EVAL_BODY_TAG & EVAL_BODY_INCLUDE

Hi I am trying to make a taglibrary
I just can't understand difference between EVAL_BODY_INCLUDE &
EVAL_BODY_TAG can anyone tell me how to do that and when
can somebody guide me?
