Try this:
Go to the following URL
http://archives.java.sun.com/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=jsp-interest&A=1
and try to unsubscribe manually from there. I had the same problem a
while ago when my address changed from [EMAIL PROTECTED] to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
It was the same address, just a change in the alias of the mail server,
but the list doesn't allow you to unsubscribe through mail. So go there
and try to unsubscribe your old address manually. If you kept the first
wellcome message that you got when subscribing to the list, there you
should find the "old" address under which you subscribed. That's the one
you have to "unsubscribe".
