If I am understanding your example right:
When form.jsp is loaded, "test" shouldn't be printed out because from your
example the "test" is printed in action.jsp. action.jsp is only loaded
after someone goes to form.jsp and then does the post to action.jsp. The
only way action.jsp will be loaded is if someone goes to action.jsp directly
or first goes to form.jsp and then posts the form, which points at
action.jsp.
