There is a site called XmlTree.com , it has links to a lot of xml related sites
, I think its pretty good,
other useful sites are xml.org , xml-journal.com.On xml-journal you can
subscribe to an edition , their first issue is very good for beginneres.
If you are looking for XML and database related applications
http://technet.oracle.com/tech/xml is a good place to look for.
