Yes Nagrajan is Right.
You have to give html meta tags to not to cache page.
try putting the following in your html head:

response.setHeader("Cache-Control","no-store"); file://HTTP 1.1
response.setHeader("Pragma","no-cache"); file://HTTP 1.0
response.setDateHeader("Expires","0"); file://prevents caching at the proxy
server
