I hope you are doing this already, if not then:
You have to explicitly add all the jar files present in all the mentioned
directories in the classpath e.g. xbc/aa.jar;xbc/bb.jar etc. Hopefully this
will fix the problem.
Secondly add java 2 bin in your PATH. Its very important.

However, when we attempt to run the "startserver" script, the following
message appears:
