Strictly there is no such thing as re-instantiation - an object is born,
lives and dies.
Depends on whether you believe in re-incarnation, I suppose....

However you can achieve the same thing by :-

Puting all the initialisation into your default constructor and creating a
brand new instance
of the bean class when you want one with default values set

or

create a method specifically concerned with setting default values and
invoke this on the bean you have brought into play via the useBean: tag.
