Rakesh,

The technique for getting a screen shot will depend on what platform you
use to run your browser. Assuming that your browser is running on top of
some Windows operating system, this is how to do it:

1. Bring up the web page you want in the browser of your choice.

2. Make sure that the browser is the selected window. If you just brought
up your web page it will be. If not just click on the very top of your
browser till Windows changes the bar from gray to dark blue.

3. Next hold down the ALT and PRINT-SCREEN buttons simultaneously. That
copies the image of your browser (or anything else you do this with) to
your clip board.

4. Open some app to save the image into (I use PowerPoint for this purpose,
but PhotoShop, MS Word or anything else that lets you insert an image is
probably OK to use). If using Word put Word in Landscape mode first.

5. Now hold down the CONTROL and V buttons simultaneously. This pastes it
from your clip board.

6. Save

If you are running your browser from an operating system other than
Windows, the technique will differ. Sorry, but I don't know how to do this
on Unix or the Mac, but both have the capability using different steps.
