Maybe that's a hint that people don't know, or don't understand your
question, or maybe your question is badly worded or even POSSIBLY badly
misled. Asking three times - or three MORE times - won't change that.

Hmm, let's think about this: encrypt and decrypting data's easy enough,
there are plenty of algorithms available for this... but what kind of data
do you mean? You want to decode PGP keys, perhaps? Maybe the *client* is
the right place for this. Oh, wait, you want JSP to do it - which means
the client doesn't have anything to do with it at *all* except to issue a
request to the JSP container.
