i use customized Beans in my JSP pages to share info and to make the connections to the Database so i want to know i a have to use a synchonized method or code on this: i got a Database where i'm going to store a unique requisition number depending on the order they come so, i first enter to the DB and get the lastest number of requisition and then retrieve to the Bean and then send the executeUpdate SQL Command with this number and all the others fields.. in order to make the new requisition with the new number of requistion.. but i just wonder if i make this on the bean with out the synchronize another user can enter after i get the number and before i store the new record and then 2 user will get the the same number.. sorry for my bad english.. anyone can help..??? ______________________________________________ ���������������������������������������������� ���������������������������������������������� Ing.
