well... do one thing...
create one sequence field in ur table...
like start from 1.. 2.. 3 ......upto n...
create two variables that will hold the current sequence number and end sequence 
number...
fine... first variable value is 1 and next variable value is 10..
write a query such that it will retrieve all row between that variables value...
now the first variable value is second variable.... fine
then increment the second variable by 10...
in the next button press...
the query retrieve next 10 records...
this is the simplest way....

another way also is there... by using collection variable...
if u not able to get the previous logic i will tell u the second method...
