Dreamweaver 3 does not support JSP.  In fact I don't think it will let
you edit before the HTML tag.  However, Dreamweaver Ultradev
does "support" JSP but not very well.  I use Dreamweaver Ultradev
for my front-end work but most of the coding I do myself in DU's
text editor or with Forte or HomeSite.  You can find out more about
Ultradev on Macromedia's web site.
