When I run a JSP page....

I get a peculiar error,
Could anyone say what is the error and how to clear this..
The Error is:

/Login.jsp:57: GNUJSP internal error: You must set pagebase to use
translation-time includes with this servlet engine
I do not know ? And Even the Web Administrator does not know about
this.Please some one help me ... Help Me....
