No it does not. This is simply an editor for you to type in your own code.
It does color-coding of JSP syntax and java code and allows you to toggle
that on and off. It also has support for Custom tags.
This is a deploy feature in the tool that works with SilverStream app
server, but you do not have to use that and no code is added to what you
create in the editor to support that.
