Hi
encodeRedirectURL is used when you want use the sendRedirect
through JSDK2.2, but in JSDK2.0 or JSDK2.1 you should use
encodeRedirectUrl (pay attention to the capital letters).
If you don't need to execute sendRedirect, so use encodeURL or
encodeUrl metthods considering what vesion of JSDK you have
