Hi, I was just wondering if there were any problems in writing to a remote client. Basically my pages are generated on a server, and I want to be able to allow the user to pull a static version to their own disk. In a previous implementation we had to use Activex controls to overcome the security issue with applets, but I was wondering if URLConnection could be used to create a file on the client's hard drive.
