This will set the bean with session scope not application scope ! Session scope =
one instance by session (user) and application is one instance for all ...It
depends what you really want :
For application scope, use <jsp:useBean class="Your beanclass Name" id="beanid"
scope="application"/>, this will create an instance the first time and then user
the already created instance ...
