I am generating a form in jsp that can have many different kinds of hidden
fields but has some generic fields that are constrained by each other.
I have to check these generic fields with javascript before submitting. my
submit button calls javascript to check and then submit. I have a problem
with submitting from javascript - error is function not supported by this
object.
My question is - Has anyone else had this problem and does the jsp page have
to mention the existence of the form before it is generated to call submit
from a javascript function.
