Hello,

I'm trying to set up some jsp pages on an iPlanet Enterprise Edition 4.1SP3
web server. Yet I get _terrible_ delays every time a jsp is requested. I
suspect that one of the reasons for the very slow performance is that the
jsp pages are getting recompiled upon each request (The machine is rea). I'm
aware that in WebLogic you can configure pageCheckSecs in the configuration
file so that the servlet engine will not recompile the jsp unless a certain
time period is over. Is there something similar in iPlanet servletengine.
Pardon me for my lack of experience in this particular engine, but I
understand that NSServletService should be responsible for this aspect.
Do you happen to know how can I setup the pages recompile for iPlanet, if
there is such a feature?

Thanks alot

Thanos Varias
